How to comb the wig?
When you need to comb a wig,be gently. Do not use a regular brushes. For straight and body wave, wide-tooth-comb are highly recommended. For curly and deep wave, please only use hand to prevent tangle. For stubborn tangles, applying a spray conditioner can help loosen them.
How to keep shape?
While you're sitting at home, take it off and put it on a wig stand. The stand will help keeps its shape and taking it off your head takes away from your own tugging and pulling hairs out.
How to wash the wig?
After washing a wig,do not shake it in a towel. Be careful and dry it piece-by-piece. This makes sure that strands of fibers don't fall off. Also,never style your wig while it's wet. Even those wet-to-style hair styles are known to damage your wig.
How to dry the wig?
After saturating your wig in water, squeeze it dry. Don't wring it or base your wig could become mis-shaped and dry funny.

Q: Did the hair keep pattern well after washing?
Expect body wave does not act well, other textures all keep the pattern well after wash. The reason for body wave loose texture is the body wave is not kind of original very wavy hair, that is why after wash it turns to natural way or natural straight. Other than that this is great quality hair can dyed to any color, curl and wand beautifully!
Q: Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
All the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want, except #613, but you need to do it professionally to get extra color without damage the hair. Human Hair will dry easily after leaving the donor, therefore please do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.
Q:What is the best temperature for flat iron or curl iron?
We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.
Q: Will this hair hold curls well?
Yes! Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips:
1.Find correct temperature for hair curling. We will suggest you raise the temperature little by little to test it out.
2.Time control is very important, we will suggest let the curl sits on the hair around 8-10 seconds with proper temperature.
3.Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.
Q:Why does hair shed or tangle?
New hair will have few strands initial shedding which is normal. Excessive shedding & tangle may come from:
Poor weft construction
Weft cutting
Dry hair
For poor weft construction issue, please contact us and send pictures immediately, we will help you do refund pr exchange based on our refund policy. We are strong recommend customer seal weft & do not cut track. And the dryness problems will lead tangle and shed, please follow our hair care instruction and do conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week.
